Not Made Of Money

The Back To School Sales are in full swing right now. If you have little ones (or not so little ones) that need school supplies you are probably well aware of the many great buys that are to be had. There are sales on clothing, underwear, socks, tennis shoes and school uniforms. But don’t think the sales are for the kid crowd only. There are many types of items that are on sale now (at probably the lowest prices you will find for quite a while too). These include laptop and desktop computers, backpacks, paper, calculators, etc. and many types of other office related supplies that nearly everyone needs at some point or other. I did take this sales opportunity and stock up on my own home office supplies for items like post it notes, paper clips, paper, and pens. When Walmart had their big laptop sale I treated myself to one of those too (remember the $398 price?).

Although stocking up on office supplies during the back to school sales is something I have been doing for years now, it completely slipped my mind to actually write a post about it. I was pleasantly surprised when readers of this blog took the time to comment and email reminding me that these back to school sales are not just for the kids!
