
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup white onion chopped
1/2 cup celery chopped
3 tablespoons flour
1 can chicken stock
2 cans great northern beans
1-1/2 cups cooked chicken diced
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in olive oil until translucent. Stir in flour. Add the chicken stock and northern beans and bring to boil. Reduce heat and stir until the sauce is thickenend. Add the diced chicken and simmer on low for 10 minutes to combine flavors.
