Meal Idea #2: Favorite Mexican Casserole. This looks like a really good recipe and will serve a lot. Publix cheese is 2 for $4 this week. There are other ingredients you would need but most likely you’d have quite a few of them in your pantry already.

Thanks for the head’s up about $1.99/chicken from Publix. I am always on the look out for how to save money on protein at the grocery store.
