This is one of our family’s favorite Italian meals and it is a snap to put together.
Ingredients:
12 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into small pieces
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cans Del Monte Zucchini With Tomato Sauce
Directions:
Saute chicken breast and onion in olive oil until cooked thoroughly. Add the 2 cans of Del Monte Zucchini and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over rice. I usually serve this with a tossed salad and fresh bread from the bread machine. It makes a very filling meal.
I told you it was easy!

I joined the website afullcup.com but am unsure how to use it and couldn’t find a area that showed how to use it. Can you tell me if there is a link or not that has directions on how to use. I tried but it said that I wasn’t doing it right. It looks like a really cool site!
Thanks
Angie
