I used index tabs to mark meats, dairy, toothpaste, etc etc. The coupons are divided by what type they are. I fold them if needed and they fit perfectly into the baseball card slots of the plastic sleeves. I can then bring the binder with me into stores so I can take advantage of the clearance isles. I always find amazing deals in the Walgreens clearance section. I rotate out the expired coupons, its helped me use more coupons.
