We are experiencing a similar situation at our company, they decided to switch our 401K provider and said that our black out period is 30 days. These very smart people have cost me about $15,000 having sold our old shares somewhere in the first 2 weeks of October. I was not aware of how the fees work that a company pays, can you offer any insight. I am really pissed, and am wondering if I have any legal re-course.
