I agree that sometimes products from dollar stores can be low quality.  However, the ones I found at the Target Dollar Spot are actually very nice.  I found the hand soaps and lotions to be very similar to Calgon products.  

On another note, I have found Calgon products at my local Dollar Tree.  They are not there all the time, and they usually get sold out quickly.</description>
