Since today is the first day of February, I thought I would make today’s tips on the upcoming holiday that wreaks havoc on many budgets - Valentine’s Day. 

Save money on Valentine Gifts by shopping at the Target Dollar Spot or the Dollar Store for cards, Valentines, and treat bags.

Instead of going out to dinner at an expensive restaurant, cook a special Valentine dinner at home.  Make it a really special meal complete with candlelight. 

Make all your Valentine cards yourself, or write a love letter to your Valentine.
