Another popular resolution for the new year is to get into shape.  I wrote a while back that I had purchased a treadmill.  I have been so pleased with it and it makes my exercise routine a breeze.  I have setup a fairly rigorous schedule for myself.  I get up every morning at 5 a.m. and walk on the treadmill for 40 minutes.  I find this is a great way to start my day and I am such a morning person anyway.
