In some cases, in fact, just the opposite is true, as powersellers must maintain a certain level of sales to earn that title. In doing so, other areas may get neglected, like customer service... Personally, I've received the best deals & service, from the 'small' sellers, the 'mom & pop' type of sellers that ebay was created for! Just read feedback and judge from there~ there are good and bad sellers, both in powersellers and non, as in all walks of life! One thing I do if I'm uncertain of a seller is ask a question. If I do not receive a timely and polite reply, I don't buy there... Enjoy your blog~ glad to have found it!
