Warren Buffet, one of the richest men in America, was interviewed on CNBC the other day.  He gave several pieces of advice regarding finances.

1. For young people who are just starting out he suggested that you do not get credit cards.

2. He advocates investing in yourself.  Get a good education.

3.  He suggests that you live life “thrifty”.  In fact, his car license plate says “Thrifty”.

4.  He recommends that you only invest in what you know or understand.

5.  He advocates helping others.
