As many of you know, I have been following the release online of the Black Friday ads, and making my own plan for that day. I have been really disappointed in what I’ve seen, as most of the “deals” are in electronics this year and not in toys for kids. Regardless, I came across a post that really outlines a very comprehensive strategy for Black Friday shopping and provides you with several different methods for shopping on Black Friday. I have shopped online during Black Friday which is how we purchased our $99 digital camera from Target. I have not hidden any items in any store prior to the Black Friday sale, but I have found Black Friday items that other people have hidden. The best places to look? I’ve found things hidden among the sheets and linens and in the cleaning supply aisles, places that most people are not shopping in at 6:00 am on Black Friday.Â
