I wrote the other day about finding a personalized baby gift. One gift I forgot to mention is a personalized baby blanket. You can find these in pink or blue and have them personalized with baby’s name and birthdate. If you are handy with crafts, you could make one yourself. If not, I’ve seen them in stores like Things Remembered or even a local crafts store.Â

Great idea! Monogramming is usually reasonably priced – it’s amazing how easy it can be to change an “average” baby blanket into something special that’s bound to be loved to pieces. Personalizing your baby blanket also comes in handy if you ever drop off your toddler to day care and want to see that blanket again!
