Not Made Of Money

We took the kids to a wonderful Memorial Day parade this morning.  It was your typical small town parade with police motorcycle sirens, boy scout troups, cars with the city commissioners, and of course, our veterans.  Our kids got quite a bundle too from flags they were given to wave, to candy, pencils, and the like.  We go to this parade very year.  My kids really look forward to it.  We like to salute our veterans and want to make sure that our kids know the meaning of the sacrifices that our war heroes have made.
